Travel Partner Guide – How Payments Work

We make it simple and secure for you to get paid for your tours.

💳 Secure Online Payments via Stripe

All customer payments are handled through Stripe, one of the world’s most secure and trusted online payment gateways. This ensures that all transactions are encrypted and protected, giving both you and your customers peace of mind.

💰 Direct Payments to You

Once a booking is made, the payment goes directly to your nominated bank account, minus a 10% service fee. This fee helps cover our platform costs, marketing efforts, and customer support to help promote and manage your listings.

  • You’ll receive 90% of the total booking amount directly.
  • We retain 10% as a platform fee.

📆 When Do You Get Paid?

  • Payments are typically transferred to your account within 2–3 business days of a successful booking via Stripe.
  • You’ll receive a notification once a booking is confirmed and a receipt for your records.

🔁 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are subject to your own refund policy.
  • Your policy will be clearly displayed on each listing and shown to the customer during checkout.
  • If a refund is processed, the 10% service fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a platform error.

🧾 Reporting & Statements

  • You can request monthly booking and payment reports from our team at any time.
  • We’re working on adding a vendor dashboard so you can view and manage this directly in the future.
