Payment Policy

1. Introduction

At Travel Timor-Leste, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment experience. This policy outlines how payments are processed, fees are applied, and refunds are handled.


2. Payment Methods

All payments on our website are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.


3. Service Fees

Travel Timor-Leste charges a 10% fee on the listed price of the booking. This fee is included at checkout and is deducted before transferring the remaining amount to the vendor.


4. Payment Transfer to Vendors

Once a booking is confirmed, Travel Timor-Leste will transfer the payment (less the 10% fee) to the vendor. This transfer is typically completed within a few business days after the booking confirmation.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the vendor’s own refund policy, which will be clearly stated on the listing and confirmation page during the booking process. Travel Timor-Leste facilitates refunds according to these terms but is not responsible for any variations between vendor policies.


6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you encounter any issues with your booking or payment, please reach out to us immediately. We will work with you and the vendor to resolve the issue. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in restricted access to our services.
