My girlfriend and I booked a half day tour around Dili, and we enjoyed it a lot. Manny, our driver and guide made it fun for us, and gave us a lot of great information about the country. The communication while organizing the tour was perfect as well.
I highly recommend Manny Timor Tours. They were very professional, friendly, well organised and reliable. We were a family group of ten (four adults, four kids, two older adults), and they were flexible with our needs (we had a full day tour of Dili and another day up to Maubisse and Aileu). They accomodated extra stops we asked to make, and when we needed transport into the evening in Dili, they arranged for the driver to stay on for a small fee.
Lito (aka Manny), Carmen, Alex and Joko were all a pleasure to interact with. And Erni looks after bookings. Can’t say enough good things about them.
Alex was awesome and showed us all the cool spots. He shared his personal experience with the war in Timor and was very open and generous. Our flight was delayed and he spent an extra hour showing us the city. Thank you Alex!
The best service tour in Timor Leste
Spent a lovely afternoon with Lito, he was keen to show us around and we packed in a lot. It was a very relaxed yet engaging approach and we appreciated that. Interesting to learn about a new country in this manner.
